Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Returns are NOT accepted for opened or used beauty products due to hygiene reasons.
Customized or discounted products are non-refundable.

2. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Submit a Request: Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval & Instructions: If approved, we will provide return shipping details.
  3. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once received, we will inspect the item and process a refund or exchange within 7 business days.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
  • Refund processing times depend on the payment provider but typically take 5-10 business days.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, report it within 48 hours for a free replacement.
  • We may request photos as proof before processing the exchange.
