In the salon
Saturate hair with lukewarm water.
Apply an appropriate amount of PRO SHAMPOO to the scalp first, then pull lather through mid-lengths and ends.
Massage the scalp gently for 60–90 seconds in circular motions.
Let the lather sit for 1–2 minutes so the white clay can capture oils.
Rinse thoroughly until the lather is gone; repeat lightly if needed.
Continue your protocol: treatment mask/conditioner, then heat protectant before blow-drying.
At home
Wet hair.
Use a coin-sized amount for medium lengths (increase with density).
Massage the scalp, then draw lather through the lengths without rough rubbing.
Leave for 60 seconds, then rinse well.
Follow with a suitable conditioner on the ends only.
