Beauty Essence delivers across Saudi Arabia and GCC countries (United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar). International shipping may be available upon request.
2. Delivery Timeframes

- Orders placed before 3 PM KSA time are processed the same day.
- Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Delivery delays may occur during promotional periods, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Fees
- Orders above SAR 300 qualify for free shipping within Saudi Arabia.
- Orders below SAR 300 are subject to a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.
- GCC shipping fees depend on weight and destination, displayed at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email.
- You can track your package through our logistics partner’s website.
5. Failed Delivery Attempts
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
- If the customer is unavailable during delivery, the courier will attempt a redelivery within 48 hours.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package.
- If an item is missing, report it within 3 days of receiving the order.
